Atlanta -Host of The 33rd Annual International Auto Show

March 23rd, 2015

At high-noon Wednesday, March  25, the 2015 The Atlanta International Auto Show at the World Congress Center opens.  And, Oh Boy, does it have  surprises for its attendees this year.  As always you'll get to touch and view the spectacular new cars, but this year, the 33rd Annual Auto Show will give you the opportunity to test drive and demo new vehicles!

On display this year will be 400 plus new 2015 imports, domestics, vans, SUVs and light trucks that will span 29 different lines.    Attendees will be able to talk to the dealers and representatives from each of the factories.  And if they present a valid driver's license, they'll also be allowed to take the cars from the show room, out on the streets of Atlanta, to get a 'feel' for the automobile, to bond with it!  Those wishing to test drive the vehicle of their choice, has only to fill out a simple for in the lobby, then go to the car & dealer of their choice, and out to the streets of downtown Atlanta, for the first ever test drive from an auto show.

Chevrolet, Lincoln, Ford, Chrysler,  Mazda and Kia will all participate in the test drive event. Jeep will offer an interactive outdoor exhibit called Camp Jeep, which will lure the more adventurous attendees a chance to experience the extreme off-road capabilities of the Jeep vehicle.  The ride is an up & down 18' hill with a 35 degree incline.  Talk about a rollercoaster ride at an auto show!!
(You might want to watch a few rides before committing to this ride!)

Attendees at this year's show will also be able to view pre-production Concept Cars in the Acura ILX, the Buick Cascada Convertible, the Hyundai Sonata PHEV Plug-In and Kia's Trackster.  And don't forget that Mercedes is bringing its corporate headquarters here to Atlanta, so look for their new AMG GT at this event.  And then there will be the new 'Connected Cars' with the latest high technology like the UConnect Radio, which allows listeners to personally program their favorite Internet stations like Pandora!  And don't forget the newest apps which we allow owners to lock, unlock & start their autos right from their smartphones!

The show has a Kids Corner also.  Youngsters will not only be able to view their favorite cars of the future but will also have a chance to meet Spider-Man, Iron Man and Scooby-Doo Saturday and Sunday on the show room floor.  They thought of everything!

The Event Times are Wednesday- Thursday noon-9pm, noon-10pm, Friday, 10am-10pm Saturday and 10am-8pm on Sunday.  Tickets are $10 for Adults, $5 for children 6-12, and free for children under 6.
